Islamabad—The opening ceremony of an arts exhibition for promotion of Pakistani fine art, starting Wednesday, was held at Gallery Louvre on Tuesday.
Ambassador of France to Pakistan, Philippe Thiebaud, Minister for Sports, Culture and Youth Affairs, Balochistan, Mir Shah Nawaz Khan Marri, Director of Hunarkada Art Academy Islamabad, Jamal Shah, were guests on the occasion.
The exhibition is organised by the French embassy in collaboration with Alliance Française, Islamabad.
The art lovers of the federal capital, by attending the exhibition, will discover or rediscover the contributions of the great masters to Pakistan contemporary culture scene.
The exhibition presents the work of 7 renowned artists of Balochistan.
