Relief items donated by the Prince of Qatar, Sheikh Ali Bin Abdullah Bin Thani Athani, comprising tents, blankets, bedding, edibles items and all relevant goods loaded on five trucks have been distributed among the earthquake victims in Awaraan.
Qatar House sources said Monday that on the directives of the Prince, a team of experts from Qatar has also reached Awaraan to assess afresh the existent requirements amidst intensity of damage experienced in the area.
Based on its report more relief goods would be despatched to the areas, said the officials.
